Furnished and equipped with every comfort as follows: kitchenette equipped with pots, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, armored door, safe, LCD TV, bathroom with shower and washing machine, hairdryer. In all apartments, a double or single bed is possible. Extra cost upon request: - parking space in the basement garage - small pets. The space Professional (non-private) structure that has been operating for 20 years and is regularly authorized by the municipality to guarantee the highest standards over time. Our residence is a 3-story building with 35 studio apartments. Each apartment is equipped with a security door and, in the case of a parking space reservation, the remote control for the garage is provided along with the keys to the apartment for complete autonomy. The prices indicated always include final cleaning, and in the case of stays longer than 7 nights, cleaning and weekly linen change are included.
