The property is private with a fenced yard. Depending on the season, the yard may be in full bloom with many flowers. There are sitting areas in various locations so you can follow the sun throughout the day. The home is all on one level. There is an attached garage for guest use. The third bathroom is located in the garage for easy clean up after playing on the beach. Guest access Entire home Other things to note The queen-size murphy bed is in a common sitting area. The person booking this home must be at least 24 years of age and an occupant of the property on all night’s. The home has pellet stoves which are very hot when in use, so care should be taken, especially if children are present. The home is not entirely child safe. For example the electrical outlets do not have covers, the cabinets do not have child locks and some window furnishings have cords. There is a bluff with some plants, but there is no solid barrier. A 10% occupancy tax is included in the nightly rate.
