Description
The house is located between the bustling center of Fiskars and the lovely forest in the summer. Shops, restaurants, cafes, and markets go downhill a few hundred meters. However, the yard is completely private and the yard has direct access to the forests, the most extensive cohesive forest areas in southern Finland with its numerous lakes and ponds. Stunning views of the house from one side far across the village and valley to the south, and on the other to the forest slope with mossy rocks and occasional animal guests. The space The house was built in 1936 and has been renovated during the 2000s and I have given it the name “Sarastus” because the house is located so that the windows can see the dawning first in Fiskars. Ecological solutions have been used in the renovation, all building materials are nature-friendly, as well as the interior is mainly made up of recycled experiences. Guest access Guests have access to three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet The downstairs “salon” has a sleeping alcove with a 180cm double bed, possibility of an extra bed. If desired, a dining room can also be arranged on a six-eight-person table. The living room downstairs is also a second bedroom if needed, two 80cm beds that can be either separate or as a double bed. A working corner. Extra thick mattresses in the upstairs loft room 2 x80cm that can be separate or together. Working nook. The stairs to the loft room are steep. Bathroom, mosaic-butted “monastery spa” with bathtub. Separating eco-separating in the toilet (easy to use and completely odorless) Other things to note The building is located on a sloping plot, there are two long stairs from the parking lot, so the place is not suitable for people with disabilities and small children must be kept in the yard. Some surfaces have a little patina of time… At other times, two cats live in the house, not for cat-allergic people. The houses are close together here on the slope; so no loud falls in the yard late at night :) No celebrations after 10 pm.
