The main floor features a private queen bedroom, a charming twin bunk nook, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig Duo coffee maker (pods or full pot), full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and all the basics like cookware, dishes, utensils, and seasonings. Relax in the open living area with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and free WiFi, ideal for winding down after a day of exploring. Upstairs, you’ll find an additional queen bed in a cozy loft-style space with low ceilings—a unique and tucked-away spot for restful sleep (please mind your head). Step outside to the covered front porch, where a glider and rocking chair invite you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine with peaceful views of Lake Erie just across the road. Behind the cabin, enjoy access to a shared firepit and picnic table, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing under the stars. A community propane grill is also available for guest use. We’re happily pet friendly and provide a pet bed, food and water bowls, and waste bags to make your furry friend feel at home. Whether you’re here for a wine weekend, a family getaway, or attending an event at SPIRE Institute, Cabin 14 offers the perfect blend of comfort, location, and Lake Erie charm for your stay. Guest access Guests have full use of the cabin, porch, and outdoor spaces. Feel free to enjoy the firepit and picnic table behind the cabin and the public park next door. Note: The front loft space is not guest-accessible for safety reasons. Also, please note there may be nearby construction during the day as the neighborhood grows. Other things to note This property comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The nightly rate includes up to 4 guests, with a $25 per person, per night fee for each additional guest. Cabin 14 is pet-friendly, but please keep pets leashed outdoors and clean up after them. Ongoing construction may occur across the road (expected completion 2025). No smoking indoors. No parties or events. The front loft space is off-limits for safety. Please park only in designated spots and respect quiet hours to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
