The light-filled upstairs includes living/dining, kitchen, full bath (with shower), walk-in closet, and brand new comfy sofa/queen bed combo (with pillow, sheet, and blanket storage). The large downstairs granite-walled open room features a queen-sized bed, another full bath (with claw foot tub), and loads of closet space. Smart TVs on both levels. The space This is a unique, two-floor open floor plan apt with spiral stairs. Artist-owned, designed and decorated space in the heart of Saratoga Springs. Guests will enjoy the porch just steps from Congress Park, Broadway, award-winning restaurants, and all that downtown Saratoga has to offer. Plan to walk or bike everywhere from SPAC to the track and everywhere in between. You’ll love the style, the porch, and...the amazing location!! Guest access Guests have access to the apartment and front porch. Parking in back is available for one car. Other things to note The bed and full bath with a clawfoot tub are located below-grade/basement level and accessed via spiral stairs. Air conditioner is upstairs only and an active dehumidifier removes dampness from the downstairs space. One queen bed is provided downstairs. A queen sized (comfortable!) sofa bed is provided upstairs. Local channels/cable not available. May use HBO, Apple TV, and Prime
