2 bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms in lovely home

Spacious exquisitely decorated brownstone conveniently located in hip Central Harlem, with a lovely garden and terrace, 2 min walk to the express subways 2 /3, banks, pharmacy, Whole Foods , Trader Joe's, restaurants, 5min walk to Central Park, 12min subway ride to Time Square. My partner and I occupy 2 bedrooms and our guests 2 bedrooms and their own 1 to 2 bathrooms with limited use of common space such as living room, dining room, kitchen, deck and garden. Please read closely the house rules The space This brownstone is a 2 family home. An independent duplex on the top 2 floors where my daughter lives and rents one very spacious bedroom( with 2 full beds) and its en suite bathroom and downstairs a triplex where my partner and I occupy 2 bedrooms leaving two large bedrooms with their own bathrooms to our guests. There is a shared Living room, kitchen (for breakfast and light cooking only), a garden and a deck. The whole triplex is 3500sqft (350m2) and the layout gives everybody privacy and never feels crowded. In nice weather there is plenty of space to relax on the terrace and in the garden as well. During your stay I like independent guests but I am always available to interact with them on my days off; i am at work all week and my partner is often in his studio in the basement.
