The apartment is located in the Muelle Vergara sector, 3 blocks from the Marina Mall, facing the beach. It is 2 blocks from Avenida Libertad. Excellent location The space Apartment adapted to spend a few comfortable days in the city of Viña del Mar. It is in an unbeatable location and has a spacious terrace to enjoy the day, it has a beautiful garden. It also has a small grill for roasts or barbecues. It is on the first floor, so it is safe for children and despite this, it is one level above the ground, which makes it safe from theft, however, the apartment has thermo panel protection on all windows and French windows. It is next to the concierge, which helps that in any situation you can go to them quickly. It has a parking lot in front of the reception and 24-hour security. There is wifi throughout the apartment.
