As we have pets living inside the house with us and several fragile houseplants and decor, we kindly request that the space is not suitable for young children and other animals. - No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property, including indoors and outdoors. Guests will be responsible for any damages and cleaning fees resulting from smoking or vaping. - No illegal substances allowed on the premises. - No additional guests allowed without prior approval. The maximum number of guests allowed is 2. - No events allowed. Quiet hours are from 11pm - 7am. Please let host know if you need different quiet hours. This could be negotiable. - No commercial photography and filming allowed. - Earliest check in time is 3pm. Latest checkout time is 11am. - Please kindly remove your shoes upon entering the house. - Please keep common areas clean and tidy, wash dishes after use. - Please follow any specific check-in, during-stay and check-out procedures. - Please report any damages or issues to the host as soon as possible. - Please take extra care of your provided key. Lost key will incur a replacement fee. - Please put all items/furniture back to their original location upon checking out. Guest access PERMISSIBLE AREAS: - Shared Kitchen The kitchen includes a sink, dishwasher, ample counter space, counter seating area, stove, and oven. Additionally, please clean up after yourself. - Shared Patio/deck Enjoy the outdoor space with a comfortable seating area, relaxing hammock, and convenient griddle for cooking. Please clean up after yourself. - Shared Outdoor Areas Feel free to take a walk, enjoy the beautiful surroundings. RESTRICTED AREAS: - Laundry access upon request Laundry could be arranged with a fee of $5 per load. Please inform us 24 hour prior if you need to use the laundry area, as it is not located in an accessible area to guests. - Dining room The dining room, including the dining table and chairs, is not accessible to guests. Please use the kitchen countertop area instead. - Living room The living room seating area and fireplace are not accessible to guests. However, you will have access to the outdoor patio. During your stay We understand that everyone has different preferences, and we respect your privacy. We want you to feel at home during your stay, so we give our guests plenty of space and independence. However, we are available when needed, and you can always reach out to us if you have any questions, need assistance or recommendations. Other things to note WE HAVE PETS - Our furry babies are friendly and love being around people, but we understand that not everyone may want to interact with them. - For your comfort, we have installed a baby gate at the entrance of your living space to prevent our pets from entering. - However, we want to make sure you are aware of their presence in case you have any allergies. WE HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS - outside: cameras are located near the front door and back door - inside: cameras are located in the common shared areas. No camera is located in guests’ private bedroom and bathroom. TRANSPORTATION & PARKING - Plenty of FREE parking space - It’s best to have a car in this area. Our house is in a residential area and is 15-minute walk from the nearest bus stop and convenient store. LAUNDRY - Laundry is available upon request with at least 24-hr notice. - Please contact hosts for laundry room access. - laundry fee of $5/load.
