House near Bordeaux with pool

A 130 m² single-story house on a 900 m² garden: bright house, very pleasant to live in. Parking. Terrace allowing you to enjoy the outdoors and the private pool. The space Ideally located between Bordeaux and St Emilion: Village of 3000 inhabitants that serves Bordeaux, St Emilion, Libourne and the Bassin d'Arcachon. We are 15 minutes from the center of Bordeaux and 10 minutes from the TRAM, 20 minutes from Mérignac airport and 15 minutes from Saint-Jean train station, 20 minutes from Saint-Émilion and 45 minutes from the Arcachon basin (Dune du Pyla, Cap Ferret, Gujan-Mestras, etc.). For those who like running, mountain biking and Nordic walking, a very beautiful 40 km "La Laurence" circuit to travel through the vineyard from our house. 2 Golf Courses near the house: 5 min Golf de St Sulpice et Cameyrac and Golf de Teynac. Our house is a pleasant, relaxing (quiet) place and recommended for a great family vacation.
