Céad Mile Fáilte & a warm welcome to Stocksund House Annex located in beautiful Beaulieu, 5 min drive from Drogheda town centre and only 35 min from Dublin airport. Completely private two bedroom suite with own entrance and key. Complimentary cereal, milk, cheese, toast, butter & jam for breakfast. Big garden, lovely walks, beaches & interesting cultural attractions nearby. TV (smart), fridge, air fryer, kettle, toaster, sandwich grill, egg cooker, microwave. NO KITCHEN The space This unique annex apartment is a totally private space separate from the main house. You will have your own entrance and a private fully equipped bathroom. When staying with us we offer you complimentary breakfast; cereal, fresh milk, toast, butter, cheese & jam. Please be aware that there are NO KITCHEN available however there are tea & coffee facilities, small fridge, air fryer, toaster, sandwich grill, egg cooker and a microwave. For anyone fancying a feast there are plenty of take aways delivering to our area. How many people are staying? There are two rooms available and a total capacity of 6 people. Everyone is welcome, our annex apartment is completely wheelchair accessible! * Millmount Room (bedroom 1) - double bed with option of additional fold up bed * Boyne Room (bedroom 2) - large bunk bed with double mattress on the bottom and smaller single bunk for a child (or petit adult) at the top. Sofa bed and a smart TV. There is a travel cot available if you are travelling with a baby or toddler. Please be aware that we never rent out the two rooms to separate families unless you travel together. Guest access You will have your own private space when staying in Stocksund House Annex and do not have to share any areas. There is a private entrance into the annex and you will have your own bathroom. You are also very welcome to avail of our garden, if you like, which is a shared space with our family. We have a sheltered patio area for sunny days! Other things to note We are a animal loving family and have lots of pets; labrador Sandy, 3 cats, chickens and guinea pigs. They are all very friendly and you are more than welcome to say hello to our chickens and guinea pigs in our back garden (guinea pigs will stay indoors in the winter).. For any children wanting to feed the chickens, let us know and we can provide a little bag of goodies for our feathery friends. Just remember to never open any of the cages as the pets may run away or a hungry fox may try to get in… Please be aware that parties and smoking indoors is strictly forbidden. Thank you.
