You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds or one full bed in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, washer/dryer and a balcony. Maximum occupancy is six. Private sleeping area sleeps four. The resort has a beach cabana accessible via Beach Access #20. Resort is campus-like; a car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Edisto Island has a grocery store (within 3 miles), six restaurants, sandwich shops and several specialty shops. Major shopping 1 hour away in Charleston. Some associations do not allow motorcycle, golf cart or trailer access. Please contact the resort for more information. Personal golf carts are not allowed to operate in the Town of Edisto Beach unless the cart bares a Town of Edisto Beach decal. Other things to note A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. If reservation guest name needs to be changed, please contact via Airbnb message board, or call Extra Holidays at phone:800-917-1591. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted.
