100-years old renovated building with high ceiling. Not on main road so very quiet in night. We love & care the nature. So we use only natural material, sustainable material furnitures in the apartment. With all the plants for brining the nature inside. Next to Brunnen Market, one of the biggest market in Vienna with fresh vegetables, fruits & street food. Full of restaurants/bars around the Yppenplatz with 1-minute walk, where each Saturday has a huge market from the farmers around Vienna. The space Two big traditional wooden window facing south, brining the room with cool air in summer and warmth in winter. A comfortable dining area with fully equipped kitchen. Soft sofa facing French window to enjoy some tea and coffee after the city visiting. Double-size bed with linen sheet for summer use. Space for yoga or meditation next to the window. 7-24 hot water for shower, and high quality drinking Vienna water. Guest access The whole apartment is free to use for the guests. In the basement, there are Washing machine and Dryer for use. €1 each time only. We also provide washing powder in the room for your convenience. Our apartment is suitable for minimum 1 months up to 3 year stays.
