In winter, several ski resorts are easily accessible: - Hirmentaz/Habère-Poche: about 25–30 min, ideal for families. - Les Gets: about 45 min, with access to the Portes du Soleil ski area. - Samoëns/Grand Massif: Approximately 45–50 minutes, access to a vast ski area. After a day of exploring or skiing, enjoy the pleasure of the heated jacuzzi! The large private car park also allows for parking vans, large vans and trucks, depending on their dimensions and by prior arrangement. For teams who return regularly during the week, we offer to store certain personal belongings, beverages or provisions in a locked room between stays, upon request and by prior arrangement. A busy road runs along the property and can be heard, especially during rush hours. Two bedrooms face the road. They are equipped with soundproof windows and shutters. Fans are also available. For people who are sensitive to noise, we recommend the bedrooms on the garden side. 🛁 **Whirlpool bathtub** The indoor whirlpool bathtub is currently out of order and is not one of the amenities offered. 🔊 **Noise sensor & neighborhood** A Minut sensor installed outside, under the roof, only measures the noise level, without recording conversations. An alert may be triggered if the configured threshold is exceeded. The villa is located in a residential area.
