Private room in a shared, light, and airy two-bedroom apartment in a quiet, well-maintained, secure elevator building with 24 hr doorman. Steps from Riverside & Central Parks. The Upper West Side is a vibrant neighborhood with shopping, restaurants, museums, & theatres. Several grocery stores and many restaurants are nearby. TRANSIT: 1 block to Subway (#1 train), M 104 Broadway bus, and SBS-M86 crosstown bus. The space The east-facing bedroom has 3 windows (w/blackout shades) and abundant natural light. The room has a comfy double bed, high ceilings, A/C and ceiling fan, two wardrobes, a dedicated work space, and WiFi. The room overlooks famously busy Broadway. You'll hear city noises — street traffic, the occasional siren and such. Eye shades and earplugs are available. Guests have limited kitchen access (no oven use or full on cooking) and are welcome to use the living room. The bathroom is shared with the host. I am female, professional, and live on-site full time. I enjoy meeting with my guests, am happy to offer directions and guides, if requested. I like my privacy and am respectful of yours. Prefer longer term stays, 30 days or longer. No smoking, no pets. Guest access In addition to the private bedroom, and shared bath, guests have limited kitchen access (no oven use or full on cooking) and are welcome to use the living room. Other things to note Built in 1915, the building has 8 steps from the street to the lobby and is NOT accessible,
