Furnished studio in downtown Colmar, for 2 people in a warm atmosphere! The apartment is located on the 1st floor, without an elevator. The street allowing access to the apartment is on a semi-pedestrian street and is very quiet. Direct access to the city center 50 meters away. No private parking but the building is accessible by car with paid parking spaces nearby. Free parking 10 minutes' walk. Covered parking 8 minutes' walk - Lacarre Parking €3 = 24 hours. The space The property has an equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, hood)... a double bed 160 x 200 cm, wardrobe, dresser, television, internet, air conditioning. For greater comfort we also provide sheets, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, straightener, tea towels and kitchen utensils, coffee machine and capsules. Other things to note Mr. and Mrs. Djokovic do not live there and guests are asked to announce their arrival at the property 30 minutes in advance so that they can welcome them on time.
