Our apartment is located in a new 12-storey building on the 11th floor with a large veranda and stunning views of the sea and mountains. The house has two elevators, free parking in the yard. All infrastructure, including restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stop are near the house. There are also vegetable markets nearby, where every day you can buy fresh Georgian cheese, aromatic spices, seasonal vegetables and fruits. In 6-8 minutes walk there is a cable car, and to the boulevard, coastal area and beach 10-15 minutes walk The space A bright, cozy, warm in winter and cool in summer apartment. Central heating with a room thermostat, provides comfortable heat at your discretion, making the home warm and dry. In summer you will enjoy the coolness including air conditioning. The apartment has two bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. Fresh bed linen and towels. The hall is combined with the kitchen, where you will find everything you need for cooking. There is an oven, a microwave, a variety of dishes. You will also find vegetable oil, salt, coffee, tea, sugar, black pepper in the kitchen. There are disposable slippers. Also in the bathroom there is shampoo, liquid and bar soap, toilet paper, hairdryer, washing powder. The apartment is fully furnished with the necessary things - a large TV, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hanging outdoor clothes dryer, clothespins. On the veranda there is a table and chairs where you can drink coffee or wine while enjoying the beautiful view. Guest access The entire apartment with a veranda is available to guests. High-speed internet, first aid kit, thread and needle. A map of Batumi, which you can easily use to navigate the city. And if it rains, you can use the umbrellas we have prepared for such weather. Other things to note 1. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment. There is a smoking area on the veranda. 2. Before check-out, please throw away all the trash to help us keep the place clean. 3. We provide a starter set of toiletries. For everything else, there are shops nearby. 4.
