General household features include an attached 2-car garage, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, keyless entry, and private sanctuary-like oceanfront yard. Guest access The only space that could be considered “shared” is the side yard, which overlaps with the entrance to the property manager’s apartment (above the garage). During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the side yard, but it's possible you will run into each other in passing. Other things to note You will be able to perform a self-check-in at your leisure.
