Also with a sofa bed in the living room that converts into a double bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress. Guest access The development has parking and green areas, a tennis court and two swimming pools, one for children and one for adults, with green and rest areas around it. It also has bathrooms, changing rooms, and showers. Other things to note The apartment is next to the promenade that leads to both Peñíscola and Benicarló and has a bike path in both directions.
