Welcome to our 90 m² villa in Jonquerettes, a Provençal village near Avignon, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Mont Ventoux, and the most beautiful sites in the region. Air-conditioned and bright, the house can accommodate up to 8 people for a stay with family or friends. You will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden with a relaxation area, a spa accessible all year round, a swimming pool in high season, and a summer kitchen with a barbecue, refrigerator, and sink for spending quality time together. The space The villa includes: • Three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140 × 190 cm) and a dressing room. • Bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet upstairs. • A separate toilet on the ground floor. • A cozy living room with a sofa bed, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The garage is available for storage and includes a freezer, a washing machine, a clothesline, an ironing board and an iron. Three parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi is included. A travel cot with mattress can be provided upon request. Bed linen and towels are provided so you can travel light. Self check-in using a key box, from 4pm. Drop off your suitcases and make the most of your stay in Provence! Guest access The house has a convenient location: • 10 minutes from the A7 motorway. • 400 meters from Saint-Saturnin-lès-Avignon train station (about a 5-minute walk), allowing you to reach the center of Avignon in 15 minutes by TER, ideal during the Avignon Festival. • Close to shops: bakery, restaurants, supermarket, café, medical center, etc. • A few minutes from Wave Island, Parc Spirou, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, and many Provençal villages. Mont Serein and Mont Ventoux are accessible in about an hour for a mountain getaway, summer and winter. Other things to note In order to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, parties and evenings are not allowed. The property is completely non-smoking.
