#1 Friendly Neighborhood & Easy Access to Area

2 Private bedrooms for guests. Up to 2 guests per room. Second guest fee is $5/night. Share bathroom with other guests room Upstairs bathroom has tub/shower. No pets. No children. Shared kitchen, laundry, dining & living rooms. We are looking for friendly, easygoing, considerate guests. Everyone is responsible for cleaning the areas they use during their stay; use in common areas, their room & bathroom. (Especially during longer stays) The space Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base just up from I-405. It is easy to travel in any direction from here. Our home is 1985 Era, but cozy and in a friendly neighborhood. It is not updated, but we have A/C for the summer months. We are clean and tidy but not too overly neat. Feel free to use the common areas and do some cooking. You are welcome to use the living room, dining room, and laundry as well. Guest access Areas of access: Powder Room near Entry, Stairs, Your Bedroom, Shared Bathroom upstairs, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Laundry Room. We use the bathroom downstairs during sleep hours so we don't wake up other guests with frequent use throughout the night. Our living room can be used for a movie night. It has dark curtains all around you can shut to create a theater atmosphere. During your stay If we see each other in common spaces occasionally, we may chat, but I typically keep mostly to myself. If you need anything I prefer if you send a message to me through the app. Please Do Not Knock on my door. Other things to note Condinents/Food: I have some staples of food items you may eat labeled AirBNB for you the pantry closet, refrigerator, and freezer. Also, feel free to cook and use oils or spices. There is instant and ground coffee in the refrigerator with a French Press on top of the microwave for you use. There are teas and sweeteners on the counter, and a couple of types of milk in the pantry closet. You can eat anything on the shelves labeled Airbnb; that is there for you. Trash/Compst/Recycle: •Trash is under the kitchen sink •Food compost goes in the cookie jar to the left of the sink •Recycling of glass, plastic, and paper goes in the two cans to the right of the dryer in the laundry room. Air-conditioning: If it is sunny during the day the ac is on, please leave the windows and curtains shut. At night after the temperature goes down below 74° we open windows and use fans. In the morning before you leave please shut windows, blinds, and curtains when the ac will be on and Sun is shining in. Thanks Much! Shared Bathroom: • To use shower push lever up from under the tub spout. See photo on wall. • To respect other guests use a little tissue and wipe any of your hairs out of the tub or sink after use. If you happen to make it very dirty for some reason there are cleaning supplies under the sink. • Also, use a little tissue to wipe any urine off of the toilet. • We use the bathroom downstairs during sleep hours, 11pm-6/7am, so we don't wake up other guests with frequent use throug the night.
