Spacious Master Suite in the Heart of Mississauga

Steps away from shops, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, public transit, Square One, and the Mississauga City Centre area. With a patio, and a tree-lined backyard for providing you with shade and fruits in the summer, only a short drive away from Pearson Airport. 5 mins to 403, 15 mins to Pearson. The space The room is located upstairs, with a large king bed is located right in the middle, with a large window to the side lighting up the room. A 50" 4K TV is located within the bedroom, for easy movie nights in bed. There's also a desk, for all your work-from-home needs. There is ample storage in the room with the walk-in closet, and some provided hangers. There's a private attached bathroom in this room. The shared space consist of the living room, kitchen, breakfast area, dining room, and laundry room on the main floor. Cozy up with a book from our collection and the near by sofa, or enjoy some downtime in the conversation corner and/or sofa in the living room. The dining room is just off the corner from the living room, with a large dining table at the center. The kitchen is adjacent, for easy access, stocked with all the basics for a home-cooked meal, or reheating/serving take-outs from the wide array of restaurants near us! You can also enjoy your meals in the more casual breakfast area attached to the kitchen, enjoying the views of our tree-lined backyard. The laundry room is just off to the side of the main hallway, next to the living room doorway under the stairs. The door to the powder room on the main floor is just opposite the laundry room. Guest access Outside of your private bedroom, you'll be sharing the living room, dining room, breakfast area, kitchen, and laundry room downstairs with 4 other rooms/guests. Backyard access is shared and is accessible via the patio doors in the dining room. The basement is not accessible and is a completely separate closed-off unit. During your stay We live right in the neighbourhood, so if there's ever an issue, we are just a quick message away. Other things to note Driveway parking can be provided, but spaces are not guaranteed, please request a parking space with us if you have intentions of driving/renting a car. Upon booking, you'll be asked a few confirmation questions for us to best arrange and set-up for your stay! Please stay in touch with us once you've placed the booking, as all booking requests have to be accepted/declined within 24 hours. The laundry room is accessible at all times, however, we do request that you schedule laundry needs (using the washer and dryer) between 7pm-10pm on weekdays, or all day on weekends. Please do not use the washer and dryer after 10pm (all days of the week). Laundry products, like detergent and dryer sheets, are not provided due to the varying preferences between guests.
