The space The entire accommodation is a duplex house of approx. 250m2, located in a 3-story semi-detached house, with private garden and swimming pool, 50m from the sea, on the promenade, in the solarium area (breakwater), in the best area of Castro Urdiales, a few minutes from Brazomar beach and another few minutes from the historic center. The duplex consists of 6 spacious rooms (3 double rooms on the first floor and 2 quadruple rooms and another double room in the attic, loft), kitchen - dining room with a large extendable table, ideal for meetings, living room and 3 full bathrooms, with shower. They have a private garden area with an outdoor shower, barbecue, and separate outdoor sitting area. There is a nice swimming pool, which guests can enjoy for free (the pool is communal, shared only with the other house located on the ground floor). Guest access All the services described are private, the duplex house with independent access, with private garden, sitting area and barbecue. Only the pool and parking area would be for community use (shared with the ground floor house) Other things to note The accommodation is accessed by keys with total freedom.
