This beautiful sunny loft will give you the full loft experience in the heart of DTLA. You will have access to the rooftop, pool and jacuzzi (availability varies on management access). The entire loft is available for you and is not a shared space, however please note we receive bookings for filming during the day as this is a popular space online for Hollywood films and other productions. There is a closet available for you to store your needs privately. Crew is 6-8 count, professional & safe. The space High-end furniture with smart TV, full shower, closet for clothes and a 3 drawer dresser. Sofa bed/couch sleeps two guests. Minimal design, book-shelf with decorations, 3rd floor and great area with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and blocks away from Fig at 7th shopping center. Guest access Guests can use the entire space including kitchen amenities with microwave, stove, and dishwasher. In-unit washer and dryer. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi can be under construction but is almost always available. Access to living room area and dining table with four chairs. Two pillows, one bed sheet and blanket are provided for your comfort. Paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies are available. Space is provided to you exactly as shown in the photos.
