Cozy old farmhouse in the middle of Germany. A good location for holidays in the countryside or to come together from different corners of Germany. Our old family house offers you space, tranquility and nature. A charming half-timbered house with its 300-year history awaits you - in some places already a bit worn, but designed with love and in an ecological sense. The space The rooms Once up the stairs are the rooms: 1- The sewing room: the first room on the right, single bed 2- The children's room: the second room on the right, double bed 3- The music room: the room is located behind the door next to the piano on the left, Full Bed The bathroom is on the same level as the rooms, up the stairs, straight ahead. The door behind it remains closed. Internet There is Wi-Fi in our house and it is quite reliable despite the village environment. Every now and then, however, it looks for a rather idiosyncratic way through the house and rarely lets you down. Netflix in bed is definitely more reliable than in the living room on the sofa. This should then be the place for warming your feet by the fire and a good book. We pay attention to waste separation. In the kitchen you will find the appropriate trash cans, or collection points and in front of the garage are the bins. There is a recycling glass container next to the cemetery. Directions to it are in the house. Smoking is not allowed in the house. An ashtray is available on the terrace and there are chairs in the tea house. Make yourself comfortable and at night don't forget to look at the sky, maybe the stars are glittering there Other things to note With a few logs of wood in the Swedish stove (living room), Bullerjan and tiled stove (hallway/dining room), you can make yourself comfortable and enjoy the luxury of warmth that only a fire can provide. Don't worry, for all those who have never fired a stove, there is of course an instruction manual. Shopping - Bread and rolls at the mobile bakery wagon, which stops on Fridays at about 9 am at the front door - Dairy products at Traupe in Niedeck: an approx. 3 km walk across the field - Rittmarshausen, a neighboring village 3 km away: grocery store, pharmacy, savings bank, gas station - Klein Lengden: Rewe 8 km away -Waake: farm shop 8 km -Duderstadt 12 km everything - Göttingen 17 km away, all beautiful pedestrian zone for strolling
