Located on a private ground floor with a separate entrance, in an authentic, fully restored stone house in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains – Zornitsa village. Ideal for herb and mushroom foraging, mountain biking, hiking and nature walks, as well as for relaxation, peace and remote work. Days begin with mountain views, and evenings bring warmth and true Rhodope tranquility. The space The apartment offers: * A spacious private courtyard with a traditional stone outdoor fountain. * A living area with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a fireplace. * A bedroom with a large bed, a four-door wardrobe, and a dedicated workspace. * A bathroom with a shower and toilet. * Central heating. * Free Wi-Fi and TV. * Outdoor barbecue facilities. * Free parking. * Breakfast, lunch, or dinner can be ordered from a traditional Rhodope restaurant, with delivery to the property. * Optional use (upon request) of an additional monitor, keyboard, and mouse for computer or laptop work. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire “Iris” apartment, located on a private ground floor with a separate entrance. A private courtyard is available. The outdoor barbecue is shared with other guests on the property. Free parking is available near the house. The outdoor BBQ is conveniently located and easy to use for all guests. There are no shared indoor spaces with other guests. During your stay We live in the same house, on a completely separate and private floor. We respect our guests’ privacy and do not interfere with their stay. We are available when needed – for assistance, recommendations, or questions – by phone or messages, and in person if required. Other things to note Guests can order breakfast, lunch, or dinner with delivery from a traditional Rhodope restaurant. We organize a Rhodope picnic upon prior request. We can also assist with ordering a festive cake for special occasions. During the winter season, the road to the village is regularly maintained and accessible. We recommend that guests carry snow chains as an additional precaution, especially during heavier snowfall.
