This spacious 220 m² lakefront home offers the perfect setting for a relaxing winter stay – just 7 km from Jyväskylä city center. The house is ideal for families, groups of friends, or couples who appreciate space, privacy, and outdoor activities. Pets are warmly welcome, too! During the day, enjoy direct access to the frozen lake for skiing, kicksledding, or peaceful winter walks. After a day outside, relax in the outdoor hot tub under the stars, warm up in the lakeside sauna, or enjoy the cozy fireplace room. There’s also a fire pit in the yard – perfect for grilling or roasting sausages. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, and the glazed terrace includes a gas grill. Large grocery stores are within walking distance and open even on weekends and holidays. The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet – ideal for a comfortable stay, even with a larger group. Some cabinets may be locked or hiding our personal treasures, and the technical rooms downstairs are strictly “staff only” (a.k.a. off-limits). The wine fridge? Also sadly not for guest use – we know, we’d want a glass too. In winter, the scenery is magical – but so is the snow. The road are plowed, but take care when walking around, especially if heading onto the frozen lake or to the floating sauna. Nature is beautiful, but it doesn’t come with handrails. We’ve got you covered with fresh bed linens, fluffy towels and final cleaning. Still, we’d love it if you could keep things tidy – like taking out the trash and putting used items back where you found them. Basically: treat the place like a cool friend’s house (not a rock festival).
