The Apartment is beautifully situated within a stunning Regency Crescent, and is part of The Osbourne Hotel & Apartment. Being on the 3rd floor, it boasts picturesque views across the bay. As one of the largest two bedroom apartments on the crescent it is the perfect location for a family holiday in the English Riviera. Indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, sauna, large gym, tennis courts and putting green on site are all FREE to use for guests. The beach is a 2 min walk at the end of the grounds. The space The Apartment can sleep up to 6 people max over 4 separate areas: Bedroom 1 - King bed Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds Study - Single bed (with sea view) Living room - Double sofa bed There is a seating area with sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and kettle. Dining area and separate study. Family bathroom as well as separate W/C, hairdryer and iron. There is a lift in the building but is a small service lift to help with luggage and possibly a buggy but not wheelchair friendly. Guest access A small outdoor children's playground is free for guests.
