Very quiet and quiet house of 4 apartments, carefully renovated located between Louise/Parvis/Loix. I am the owner (french and English speaking) and I live on the ground floor. No party in the building. For one or two intimate people, non-smoking, no pets and above all very quiet people like the house. Great for an intellectual profession. If you enjoy the nightlife and plan to come home late. Please, Book another place.
