TravellingSun - The Country Farm Experience

Enjoy a countryside experience with our go-green up-cycled 100 years old farmhouse, accessible by car, just 5 min drive from Billund Airport. A quiet place in the middle of nowhere, just few minutes of driving to many tourist attractions in the area: LEGOLAND, Lalandia, Lego House, Givskud Zoo, Jelling UNESCO Monuments, Egnens Museum, TeddyBear Museum and more. This is the perfect place for families with children, or nature loving couples looking for a quiet place to relax, recharge and restart. The space You will have the entire house only for you: two floors, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a common space to relax for each floor. You can serve coffee, tea or play board games. Notice that the stairs are quite steep and you have to be very attentive to the head. Baby crib, changing table and baby bath available only upon request. Guest access You will get a key to the main entrance and from the hallway, you can enter the ground floor or take the stairs to the loft area. In the summer season you can also have access to outdoor areas and activities like grill/barbeque, evening outdoor fireplace and garden furniture, all available upon request. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but there are many smoking places outside, just look around for ashtrays. Other things to note You will have a chance to meet our friendly guard cat Dootsa and maybe her lovely kittens. Feel free to explore the surroundings: our beautiful garden, the forests nearby or the small creek down behind the house. Lots of place to enjoy the fresh air, away from the urban jungle, relax or even do a short jogging/cycling session early in the morning.
