Dear guests! Since an extensive renovation and mostly new equipment in 12.22 as well as installation of a fireplace, we have reopened! Our lovingly furnished cozy apartment is located just a few minutes' drive from the junction of the A93, which leads through the idyllic Fichtel Mountains. The apartment is located in a detached house almost on the edge of a quiet residential area. Great starting point for various activities for nature lovers. The space -Schönwald, a small charming village in the heart of the Fichtelgebirges- Schönwald is just one of the towns in the area, which was characterized and known above all by the porcelain factories at the time. The Porzellanikon in the neighboring town of Selb, which is the largest European industrial museum for porcelain, invites you to visit according to history. If you are interested in stocking new porcelain afterwards, you will find a point of contact in the factory sale of BHS tabletop AG. For nature-loving, recreational or sports-loving tourists, the recreational area Fichtelgebirge offers many different opportunities for vacation planning. Only a few kilometers away, you have the option of skiing/snowboarding or sledding in winter at Kornberg or Ochsenkopf. Cross-country skiing slopes also invite you to exercise. In summer, nature covenants find your balance to well-developed, appealing hiking and biking trails in good weather, leading to the most beautiful squares of the region. Due to the central transport connection, many tourist interesting cities and regions can be quickly reached by train, bus or car and thus can be embedded in a day trip. In the town center, which is also within walking distance, you will find everything you need in everyday life. -Bank-Bäcker -Metzger - Shopping - Pharmacy In summer, the small heated outdoor swimming pool for bathers finds great popularity to enjoy sunny days and escape the hustle and bustle. Guest access The apartment is locked separately and has its own, sun-radiated and spacious garden area. The little guests are welcome to use our children's trampoline and climb the large, old cherry tree or play with our very peaceful and child-loving dog Zara. If desired, we also have a small mussel sandbox with various toys. Other things to note During the warm months, a sweet Italian ice cream vendor comes every day and announces his arrival with a loud bell! So if you are in the mood for a delicious sphere of ice cream, pay attention to the bell!
