A cozy and comfortable 800 sq ft apartment with available parking in the driveway, a private entrance, in a quiet neighborhood. This will feel like home for the week, weekend, or month you are here. 40 minutes to the Beach, Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, and 15 minutes from Norfolk makes this an ideal and convenient place to stay! The space The layout of the property is as follows: -The apartment entrance is to the left and side of the primary residence. -Upon entering apartment you are in the living room with 47 inch smart TV, love seat/couch, chair -Kitchen with dining table for 4 -Full bathroom -Bedroom with King bed, designated work space -Walk-in Closet with stacked washer/dryer -There is a locked door that separates apartment from primary residence -Access to back yard, but please be mindful of pet (Fritz). He's friendly, but doesn't love other dogs. Your furry friend can use our fenced in yard but please accompany your pet while in our yard and be sure to pick up after them. We can work together to share the yard. Walk or bike the neighborhood on the river or down the community running/biking trails. Guest access You have access to entire space and the back yard is shared with us and our dog. If you bring your fur baby, be sure to let us know so we can coordinate use of the back yard.
