Perla & Palma - House by the Sea

It is an idyllically situated house with two bedrooms (plus sofa bed in the living room), directly by the sea, with large garden, balcony, seating area, lockable car garage and private boat mooring. The house consists of two units, but only the apartment on the 1st floor (accessible by only three steps) is rented/occupied. So you have the whole property to yourself. The house has just been completely renovated (June 2023) and refurnished. The space In addition to the basic equipment, the accommodation also has several air conditioners, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, an outdoor grill and outdoor furniture for the garden/sitting area. In addition to the bathroom with shower and toilet, there is also a separate toilet. Pets of our guests are welcome (without extra charge). Guest access Our guests have access to the whole property (except for the small, lower apartment. That remains closed and is not inhabited), so the whole upper floor with balconies, sitting area on the first floor under the balcony, garden, garage and forecourt.
