A unique living style. This mini apartment in my home. Queen bedroom and faces the Mountains. Has its own bathroom and private entrance. Large mini fridge in the room. A desk and large screen TV. This is a boarding house and sometimes there will be up to 4 new friends to meet if you choose to come out and use the kitchen. The space In this room you have a private entrance from the upper back deck. You have a private full bathroom and great views of the mountains. Mini Fridge and Microwave oven. A secretary with fold out desk and a printer cabinet The kitchen is for responsible cooks and comes equipped with all the gadgets and gizmos you need to create amazing meals. I cook for everyone a few times a month. This room has a large screen smart TV with antenna and NetFlix, you are also welcome to put any of your own subscriptions on it as well. In the main common room there is another large screen smart TV that has NetFlix, Disney+, Amazon and Roku for your entertainment. We have high speed WiFi for everyone Guest access You have the upper deck right out your private entrance. The kitchen is for responsible cooks and comes equipped with all the gadgets and gizmos you need to create amazing meals. I cook for everyone a few times a month. In the main common room there is another large screen smart TV that has NetFlix, Disney+, Amazon and Roku for your entertainment. The laundry is on the lower level as is the door for the lower deck you are welcome to use. Other things to note Please make sure you read the house rules before you book. This is a boarding house and because there are other guests we have to be conscious of who comes after us in common areas You get a parking spot out front and can expect to park there all the time. We are close to downtown and all of the main highways, yet in a very upscale clean quiet neighborhood If you need public transportation, the bus system is 2 blocks away. If you are working at NREL, the mini bus is about 5 blocks away
