Private room in the heart of Bordeaux Chartrons

Very nice apartment in the heart of Chartrons in Bordeaux. You will have your own bedroom and share the kitchen and bathroom with me. The apartment is situated in the 3rd floor (without lift) and has a lot of light and a very nice view over the rooftops of Chartrons and is situated on a place with many nice restaurants. Walking distances: river: 5 min, city center: 10 min, tram stop: 3-5 min (Line B & C). You can take the tram line C direct from the train station to Chartrons which takes 17 min The space The apartment is situated on the marked square of Chartrons. Here you find a lot of bars and restaurants and you immediately feel that you are in the heart of Bordeaux. Only 50 meters away you find the famous "Rue Notre Dame" where you find many individual shops with nice articles and antiquities as well as wine bars and restaurants. You are very close to the city center (only 10 minutes walk) and the river side is only a 5 min walk away and perfect for picnic or running. Guest access You will either (most normal) be staying in my bedroom (which is a bit more calm) or in the second guest room (which is not so calm as the bedroom but you will have more space and light) During your stay I am happy to give you recommendations to restaurants, good coffee shops, different shopping areas, cultural attractions, possibilities to go to the beach, bus, bike and tram possibilities and directions etc. If I am at home and available I am happy to socialize and have a drink or share a meal together
