Plush Condo w/ Amazing Views | Steps From Giants Steps Ski Lifts | 2BR + loft bedroom and 2BA Our condo is right across the street from Giant Steps Lodge, and features spectacular views of the slopes from every room. You can easily walk across the street to the slopes, get in a few runs, then come back to the condo for a rest. While you’re at it, turn on the fireplace, kick back on our cozy sectional, and take in the views through the 20-foot windows, that include electric blinds. The space Downstairs you’ll find a welcoming living room with a gas fireplace and smart TV with cable. You can also slide into the comfortable breakfast nook to enjoy a meal, or dive into a puzzle or board game. You can diffuse the bright morning light with the electric blinds that allow you to enjoy the view without being blasted by sun. The large kitchen is fully equipped, and includes a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, large fridge, and a blender and other small appliances. We do a lot of cooking and baking, so the kitchen has what you’d need for everything from a modest meal to a holiday feast. The downstairs bedroom features a queen-size bed, large dresser and closet, sitting area ideal for enjoying a good book, and a 40” smart TV. Adjacent to this room is a full bathroom with a rain shower head and jacuzzi tub. In the hallway you’ll find a washer and dryer, and hall closet for storage. Upstairs is an inviting loft with a full over full bunk bed that includes a trundle bed. There is also a 40” smart TV (w/cable), couch and love seat, games, puzzles, and books. This is the place to put on a movie for the kids, or retreat if you need some down time. The spacious upstairs bedroom has a king bed, a comfortable futon, and a large dresser and walk-in closet. And there is yet another 40” smart TV. The full bathroom upstairs has a rain shower head and deep soaking tub. Both levels feature a spacious patio. You’ll be happy to call this condo home after a long day on the slopes, mountain biking, or exploring the nearby national parks. Garage Guests have access to a single-car garage that features a boot dryer, a rack for skis and snowboards, and three sleds. There is also parking for one car in front of the condo. Privacy There are no shared walls or floors, so you have amazing privacy. Other things to note -The unit is located above the garage, so you have to walk up a flight of stairs to access the condo. -The stairs inside our unit are childproof with a professionally-installed baby gate at the top and bottom of the stairs (they’re easy for adults to operate.) -There is a washer, dryer, and detergent pods. -We have individually-wrapped toothbrushes, travel tubes of toothpaste, disposable razors, and ear plugs if you forget these essentials. -There is an air mattress (full) and pump, in addition to extra bedding, in the upstairs walk-in closet. Groceries Apple Annie’s and the Brain Head General Store have a great supply of basics, but if you’ll be here for a while (and want lots of fresh produce) it’s best to stock up in Cedar City or Parowan. Driving -Make sure to get gas in Parowan, as Brian Head doesn’t have a gas station. -If you’re visiting during snow season we recommend bringing chains or cables, even if there isn’t snow in the forecast. Weather can quickly change in the mountains. Security The front door has a one-sided deadbolt for enhanced security. And because the unit is occasionally unoccupied, we have a camera in the garage and on the exterior of the front door. There are no cameras in the interior of the condo.
