Right on Ao Yon beach. Year round safe beach with views of boats, headlands and islands. It is this part of Phuket that is so special, ask any locals. The Villa is next to our main home with 4 ensuite bedrooms right on the beach - separate listing. Guests here may walk down the side of the lawn to the beach but not use the lawn or grounds of the villa. Within easy walking distance there are restaurants, bars and convenience stores. Long-tails and speed boats for day trips are on the beach. The space Only 30 metres from your front door is the beach. There is a quiet charm of locals, and foreign residents and discerning tourists with no beach touts or and few beach umbrellas as found on the main West coast beaches. Probably the only bay in all Phuket which is protected from the SW monsoon ocean swells that closes beaches on the West coast for much of May to November season as well as protected from the N.E. winds for the rest of the year. The beach is clear of coral reefs and there is no muddy bottom at any state of the tide. The Villa is on one floor. Approximately 100m2 living area with one ensuite bedroom and a kitchen/living/dining area. Outside on the balcony is an alternative dining relaxing area. Both the living area and bedroom have air-conditioning. A meter reading is taken on check in and out with each kw charged at 7 baht. Guest access The villa is accessed from the road behing 50 metres up the hill by a private driveway with a security gate at the bottom for access. Guests are provided with an electronic beeper to access the free parking. Other things to note Short term rentals of less than 6 days include electricity but 7 days or over is on the meter. 2 sets of bed linen and towels are provided regardless of length of booking. Laundry and maid service are not included. Maid and laundry service can be paid for on check in. Booking of a maid and a twice weekly towels laundry service, bed linen change and general tidy up. Cost 700 baht per time, for 4 hours. Minimum is twice a week. Personal affects are not included.
