We cater big groups for family, team buildings, big group of friends who wants to catch up, bond and enjoy the summer vacation together. Our space might be little but we have a lot of clients with big group that enjoyed their stay with their friends, families, and colleagues! The space We are a Public Beach Area. Only 1 minute walk to the beach. No Beach Front (1 block away from the beach) No Entrance Fee. No Corkage Fee. Can Bring Foods Etc. No Service Fee. No Hidden Fee. Public Beach. Crystal Clear water. Health Certificate from your local brgy health center 2. Any government ID Age allowed: - 18 to 65 years old ONLY for now Not allowed: - Below 18 and above 65 - Pregnant & Comorbidity **How to get a Health Certificate? - Simply go to your local brgy health center and request for it, the date should be 3 days before your check-in. During your stay *Beach House Rules:* * Paid parking (150 pesos for Jeep & car / 200 Pesos for Van) * Check in 9am - check out 7am * No Smoking Inside * Videoke curfew time (10:30pm-6:00am) * Drink Moderately * No Pets Allowed Other things to note * This place is located in the 2nd floor and needed to climb up the incline staircase. (Senior Citizens Tips) & Children must when climbing the stairs. (We have a 70-year old guest that can still climb the stairs without a problem) * The unit is strictly no smoking inside. We tolerate on the terrace. * Everything you break will be charge. * No TV and Wifi (Signal here are weak esp for Globe users, smart network has signal than Globe) * Water in the shower and faucet are hot during noon time only * Toilet flush is still for fixture Exclusion: •Ecotourism payment of 20 php per head which will be paid at Laiya ecotourism booth. Local Government requirement of Laiya, San Juan Batangas. Other things to note ===CANCELLATION POLICY=== Type: Strict UPDATED Description: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
