The space The apartment is on a pedestrian street between City Hall and the historic center. It is quite large, cozy, and bright. -Two rooms available, both very bright and with a balcony. -The large room has A/C - The living room is quite spacious - Practical and equipped kitchen - It is very well located in the center - Xativa and Colón metro stop Guest access I will be happy to welcome you to my home and help you with whatever you need. -The living room is quite spacious and bright, has air conditioning, a very comfortable sofa. - We have a full bathroom and a toilet. - The kitchen is for common use and you will have a space to store your things. - We have a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and refrigerator. During your stay I will be available whenever possible depending on my work but I will be present at check-in or check-out. -Whenever my work allows and you feel like it, we can have a typical Valencian breakfast or a glass of wine. - My guests are free to call me whenever they need to. -If you want, I can give you several recommendations about the city. Other things to note I am a quiet and sociable girl. I like to travel, dance, meet new people and share common experiences, talk about travel, gastronomy and cultural differences. My house is not a hostel, I expect a minimum of interest in having a cordial conversation. I expect respect for the house rules. *It is very important to keep the kitchen and bathroom clean and throw away your own trash.
