Once the condo rental is paid in full you will receive an invite to download the app with all of the relevant information you will need during your stay. The information within the APP will include your secure door code, any door code needed for resort access during your stay, wi-fi access information and any other information about the condo for reference during your stay. Splash Resort's amenities are quite unique among Gulf Coast resorts with something for everyone. There is a swimming pool and Jacuzzi located right next to the main kids play area where the water slides and enormous bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every 45 seconds are located. Enjoy a state of the art fitness facility overlooking the pool and lazy river along with the poolside Bar & Grill with tables by the pool and reasonably priced menu. Wi-Fi access is available in the common areas around the resort. Alvin's Island beach apparel, accessories and surf shop is just across the street. Onsite, Splash offers a mini grocery store, coffee and ice cream shop allowing the resort to offer everything one would need during their beach vacation. $35 parking fee due at the time of arrival and payment is made directly to Splash Beach Resort. INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided. There are no condiments or spices left in this rental for sanitary purposes. Help is available 24/7 via several different methods such as text, phone and email. We also have offices along Front Beach Road in PCB which you are welcome to stop by during regular business hours. Guests of this vacation condo rental will find all information about their unit within the Panhandle Getaways APP. The free activities offered are subject to availability and require a reservation through our concierge service, Xplorie. Once you make your booking, we will send you the instructions to easily reserve your complimentary admissions & perks! Although there is a very good chance of availability, they can sell out during peak seasons. We encourage you to make your reservations as much in advance as possible as we do not refund if they are sold out. Unused admissions expire daily.
