Huron Ranch/Near Yosemite/Hot Tub/BBQ/Ping Pong

We are located only 25 miles away from the SOUTH GATE ENTRANCE of YOSEMITE National Park and 20 minutes to BASS LAKE. "The Huron Ranch house is EASY TO FIND" and is 2 miles off of Highway 41. It's quiet, yet close enough to an easy & fast access to Highway 41 and your way to BASS LAKE or YOSEMITE. Enjoy the night life at Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino only 1 mile away. There are a variety of restaurants to choose from that are open 24/7 (checkout our guidebook to see what is available) The space Welcome to our 1,750 square foot home,. New hardwood and tile floors. Completely fenced for your safety and enjoyment. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a shower and the second bathroom is a shower/tub combo. Feel free to sit on the patio at night and open the windows or go for a short walk to the nearby lake. You may see the local wildlife like rabbits, deer and even an occasional raccoon may stop by. Perfect for families or groups. We will email you directions a few days before your arrival. You are free to come and go as you like. Please close the gate after entering and/or leaving to help protect our property from the "wild pigs that are in the area". The house is child friendly and is the reason that the entire property is fenced both in the backyard and in the front. Guest Access There is a full kitchen with a table that seats 6 and has a left that can be put in should extra seating room is needed. Along with extra chairs. There are also with TV trays for an additional 4 guests. The kitchen is fully loaded with dishes, pots and pans, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, hand mixer, tea kettle, salt and pepper, coffee, sugar, flour, cooking oil, hot chocolate and tea bags. There is a dishwasher if you do decide to cook. Please just leave the kitchen as you found it. There are garbage cans right outside by the garage as well as a recycling can for plastic and/or aluminum. Please throw glass bottles in the garbage can. We offer coffee and/or tea. We supply bed linens, towels, hand soap, shampoo & conditioner. Please dispose of baby wipes, feminine products or diapers properly not down the toilet. There are hangers for clothes in every closet. Cell service is usually always good in this area (On occasion Sierra Tel may do an update causing temporary slowdowns). There is central heating and cooling available for you as well as ceiling fans that are located in every room which provide extra cooling and heating for this well insulated home. Washer and dryer with detergent available for your use. As well as an ironing board and iron. One absolute rule "NO SMOKING RULE" in the house. Should you decide to smoke outside. Be careful and dispose of your butts properly as sparks start fires. PLEASE NO PETS. Ping pong table and games available for family fun or just for your kids. There is a Bar-B-Que available for your use during your stay. Please let us know if you would like to use it so that we can have it ready for you. There is a $25 charge for use of the bbq. This is something extra that housekeeping has to clean. When you arrive the gate will be closed and is easily opened . Please close the gate after entering and/or leaving as there is a herd of wild pigs in the area that can destroy the yard. Please drive on the driveway only and you are free to park in the space provided under the garage. The front door code will be provided to you prior to your check in time. When you check in you will find the house keys hanging on a hook just inside the front door on the right. When leaving your final day: Please leave the keys on the hook by the front door when you checkout. *We ask that you leave the place as you found it. (With the exception of us cleaning, washing the towels, vacuuming and changing the linens on the beds)* Please do not bother taking the sheets off of the beds as we will do that for you. When you checkout please turn off all lights, fans, and thermostats and please remember to close the windows. *PLEASE NO PETS* *NO SMOKING* *Quiet time is from 10PM-8AM* *No refunds for outages beyond hosts control, ex. Wi Fi electric, water, etc. *No music or loud activities on the patio/outside at anytime as sound travels in the mountains and we strive to be good neighbors. *We have a security system at the property, consisting of smart door locks and exterior cameras (motion activated). Guest access Guests have access to the house, front & back yard. They are free to park under the carport. but please do not park on the grass areas. The heat from the cars exhaust can cause a fire. Other things to note Other things to note: No cancelations due to weather, rain, snow or shine. The Park is open all year long. You would need to prepare for all weather conditions. Sorry there are no early check-ins or late checkouts. Or dropping off items before check-in. No exceptions. As housekeeping needs from 10 AM to 4 PM. To properly prepare the unit for you. Please do not exceed the number of guests permitted. It is best to have your own transportation, but you may contact a Uber/Lyft for a fee to transport. There is a bus service from Coarsegold called "YARTS" and it goes to Yosemite for a fee during the summer months. Also 7 miles away in Oakhurst is a Hertz Rent-A-Car and an Enterprise Car Rental.
