Our small annexe is simple, but perfect for a weekend away to relax and get out of busy city life. 1 minute walk across a field will take you to our excellent local pub. Booking essential! 20 min walk from the coastal village of Instow, where there is a dog friendly beach, lots of sailing and excellent sunsets. You can catch a small ferry over to Appledore if you want to explore further. We are close to numerous cycle paths, 10- 30 minute drive away from surfing beaches/ Exmoor/ Dartmoor. The space Annexe in our garden. Parking in our drive for one car. Private entrance. Beautiful, private garden which guest will be more than welcome to enjoy. Accommodation; 1 room = sitting area in the day with breakfast bar. Very comfortable sofa bed converts into double bed at night. Shower / toilet adjoining room.
