La Rivière, a cozy haven in the forest near the sea

Welcome to the Gîtes du Bulz, an 85 m² cottage nestled in the heart of 2 hectares of nature, between Morlaix Bay and the Monts d'Arrée. La Rivière is designed for a getaway for two, with a fireplace, an enclosed private garden, and a terrace overlooking nature. On the estate: forest, river, pond, animals and walking trails. The sea is 15 minutes away. The space La Rivière is an 85 m² cottage designed as a getaway retreat. Nestled in the heart of nature, this house combines the charm of a cozy interior with the feeling of being somewhere else, surrounded by woods and lulled by the quietness of the countryside. It is a particularly pleasant place for a couple, for a weekend or a few days to unwind, but the gite can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to its mezzanine and sofa bed. A warm interior... On the ground floor, you will find the warm and bright living room, with its lounge area around the fireplace, its dining area and its fully equipped kitchen. A laundry room and a toilet are also located on this level. Upstairs, the master bedroom, with its double bed 160 × 200 cm, as well as the bathroom and toilet. A mezzanine offers additional space with a sofa bed. It's a nice space for reading, relaxing or accommodating a 3rd and 4th guest. The beds are made upon your arrival, and towels and dish towels are provided. The end of stay cleaning is also included. Your private outdoor area: La Rivière has its own enclosed garden and a furnished terrace to enjoy the sunny days. Garden table, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue allow you to enjoy the outdoors in peace and quiet. You also have a covered parking space for your car or motorcycle. The Gîtes du Bulz: 2 hectares of nature... La Rivière is one of the Gîtes du Bulz, a 2-hectare estate surrounded by woods and nature, away from noise and immediate neighbors. The estate comprises three cottages and our home. Your cottage and its garden remain your private space. Around you, the natural areas are waiting to be discovered as you stroll. A river runs through the property, and a pond with a jetty offers another lovely spot to stop, read, or simply listen to nature. You can also see our goats, sheep and chickens that live on the estate. Go for a walk directly from the cottage... No need to take the car to start a walk. The Sentier des 3 Bois starts directly from the Gîtes du Bulz and takes you through woods, paths and countryside landscapes. This is also one of the pleasures of Le Bulz: being able to go from a quiet time at the gîte to a real walk in the heart of nature, simply by opening the door. Between the sea and the Monts d'Arrée... From La Rivière, you are ideally located to discover Northern Finistère. Morlaix Bay and its beaches are about 15 minutes away. You can get to Carantec, Roscoff, Île de Batz and Château du Taureau, among other places. In the other direction, the Monts d'Arrée offer a completely different landscape, more rugged and hilly. And in between, Morlaix, the markets, the small ports, the coastal paths and the great Breton spots offer plenty of options for outings. A comfortable cottage, simply... Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, board games, books and tourist information are available. The fireplace is prepared and wood is provided during the season when it is used. Cell service can be spotty in this natural environment. The gite therefore has Wi-Fi and a landline. We are present on site in a discreet manner and remain available to advise you on a walk, a beach, a restaurant or something to discover in the area. For families too... Although La Rivière is particularly popular for stays for two, it can also accommodate a small family. Upon request, we provide the necessary equipment for young children free of charge: baby bed, bathtub, highchair and changing mat. The idea remains the same: to offer you a place where you can truly slow down, enjoy nature and discover Brittany at your own pace. Guest access You will also have the advantage of being able to enjoy the large garden of more than one hectare where you will find relaxation areas and where your children can feed the goats, visit the sheep, chickens and ducks… Other things to note Optional: - Breakfast, - Late checkout. Upon arrival, you will find a welcome booklet with a wealth of information, leaflets made available by the tourist office, the opening hours of bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants... We provide you with a covered shelter for your car or motorcycle. The cell phone network is random. We therefore provide you with a landline with unlimited calls to landlines and mobiles of all operators in metropolitan France.
