Welcome to our beautiful modern, stylish North House Liverpool city centre apartment listing. Situated in the heart of Liverpool's city centre, our apartment is the perfect base for your trip to the city. Located a few yards from Liverpool One, Matthew Street and within walking distance of a wide range of bars and restaurants. It's ideal for Leisure or business trips. All city attractions are within walking distance, including our famous Albert dock, Echo arena, museums, and art galleries. The space The apartment has been newly renovated to a modern yet comfortable standard and is fully contained to suit your needs. Located in a beautiful art deco-style building, which has been locally restored to a beautiful standard, this apartment has all the charm you would expect from its famous home. The kitchen is equipped with a cooking plate, Oven, fridge, microwave, and other utilities for your usage. There is a living area with a sofa and large flat-screen TV where you can relax after a day out in the city. The bedroom comes with a comfy bed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, and the bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay and we are always available should you have any questions during your stay. Guest access Access to the full apartment. Other things to note The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building, and although there is a lift in operation, we advise guests of this. This is a self-check-in property with a digital door code which you can open using your mobile phone. There is also a KeyNest service where you can collect a key for the apartment in case your phone is out of battery. Check-in commences after 15:00, however, if an early check-in is required please notify us and we will do our best to accommodate, assuming there are no other bookings the day before. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please feel free to contact us. Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) if you have opted to collect keys from our KeyNest. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If we find evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or guests outside. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required)
