The Scotia is a friendly, family run guest house just 10 min walk to the centre of Perth. Situated on Dunkeld Road, we are a 15 min walk to the University of the Highlands and 20 mins to Royal Infirmary. Room only - Full Cooked Breakfast available at additional cost of £7.50 per night. Whether visiting for pleasure or working in the area Alasdair and Suzie look forward to welcoming you to the Scotia B&B. Note - there is no parking with this room. Parking is available within a 2 minute walk. The space We have a Residents Lounge which has a microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery for your use.
