Beautiful newly renovated apartment, located on the mezzanine floor with a fantastic view of the condominium garden. All the furniture is new and of excellent quality, carefully selected for the realization of a welcoming and comfortable home. Air conditioning throughout the house and very fast internet wifi. The area is very quiet and is very close to Piazza San Marco (7-8 min walking) and to the main ferry terminals (5-6 min walking). The space The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen equipped with microwave oven, washer-dryer and dishwasher, a very comfortable Samsung sofa and smart TV, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds and a beautiful bathroom with shower and designer bathroom fixtures. The five large windows, all with new mosquito nets, overlook the splendid internal garden. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment without any restrictions. In the corridor there is a closet in which I keep personal items and it is closed.
