NB This is a functioning family home rather than a rental property! The house is very near all bars, shops and restaurants of Dalston, Stoke Newington and Clapton. 10 minutes walk from the beautiful marshes and canal. The space There are three light and airy bedrooms (one master, one children's room and one attic room - with three beds, one double and two kids mattresses on floor under beams.) House is open plan and spacious. This is a quiet, charming and comfortable home from home, with a recently refurbished kitchen and bathroom, perfect for a family stay. A renovated Victorian terrace on a quiet, tree-lined street with friendly neighbours. On the lower-ground floor is a large, open-plan kitchen and living room with direct access to the garden. The patio outside the kitchen is suitable for outdoor dining if weather permits. Other things to note The house comes with one permanent feline resident, Dudley. He is very laid back and low maintenance, uses his catflap and spends most of their time sleeping or prowling the neighbourhood back gardens. Please feed dry cat food once a day! Other things to note Our cat Dudley will be there! He is lovely and very self sufficiant- has a catflap and no litter tray- just needs dry food topping up once a day!
