The Corte apartment is an apartment for 5 people only on two floors (the living area is on the ground floor and the sleeping area is on the first floor) with an outdoor courtyard for eating outside, private garden and barbecue and is located in the Capanne farmhouse (DIVIDED INTO 4 APARTMENTS) in the Crete Senesi. The space The Corte apartment for 5 people is located in the Capanne nelle Crete Senesi farmhouse just 10 km from the center of Siena and is an apartment with a lovely courtyard with table, chairs, garden and barbecue in front of the apartment. It is spread over two floors: on the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with fireplace, sofas and television; kitchen equipped with all comforts, dishwasher and oven; bathroom with washing machine. On the first floor, there is a single bedroom, a double bedroom (two single beds that can be joined to make a double bed, two single beds are available upon request), a bathroom with a tub, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning (for a fee). The Capanne farmhouse is nestled in the Crete Senesi just 10 km from the center of Siena. It is an OLD FARMHOUSE DIVIDED INTO 4 APARTMENTS, finely restored with respect for the environment and ancient farmhouse architecture. The farmhouse has a central structure and a lean-to annex. The central structure is divided into three apartments and a living room, the hut is a separate and independent apartment. The apartments all have a ground floor and a private garden. The Capanne farmhouse also has a beautiful shared swimming pool overlooking Siena and the characteristic Crete Senesi. The swimming pool is open from May 15th to the end of September. Each apartment has one or more bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, one or more bathrooms depending on the size of the apartment, sheets and towels (weekly change). Recommended for a relaxing and cultural vacation. The farmhouse, in addition to the swimming pool, has sunbeds and umbrellas for relaxing. Each apartment has its own table with umbrella and sunbeds assigned in the pool area. Upon arrival, we give guests a small notebook, written by us, with all the useful information about the farmhouse and what to do nearby. Upon request, we provide a free camping bed for babies. The Capanne farmhouse is suitable for those who love to live in contact with nature and for those who love an independent vacation in an apartment. In addition, its proximity to Siena makes it an ideal place to visit this beautiful city. There are some cats on the farm. Guest access In addition to the apartment and garden, guests have access to the swimming pool (shared with other guests of the farmhouse). Other things to note The property has uncovered parking. Linens are changed weekly. At the time of check-in, a tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night must be paid in cash. Air conditioning is on request and for a fee according to consumption.
