New Camper, wooded river view, on water at marina

New camper in a cove on the Ohio River at Mermaid Cove Marina. In yard beyond, fire pit on water, with river views. 3 kayaks for rent. I’m close to casinos, golfing, wineries, Neeley Family Distillery, 45 minutes from Cincinnati, Louisville, Lexington, the Ark. You can fish here with an Indiana fishing license and we have a shelter house for grilling, extra showers, rustic outdoor showers, and pontoon boat rides are available. 8 houseboats, tiny house for rent too. Long term rentals available. The space This is a camper, see photos, Located in a gravel lot, on water, off the Ohio River, 4 chairs in front of this camper but access to grounds spaces. There could be mosquitoes, spiders etc. outside. It’s camping, but all set up with everything you need. There a kitchen booth inside for 4. We have a large shelter where the extra showers and restrooms are which has a large table, a gas grill and a griddle provided. There are supplies in a gray cabinet for grilling and this area is a shared space for any guest who stay at the marina. This campsite is near a fire pit that is a shared area. Wifi in shelter and camper. Guest access You will see a sign at the top of my driveway that says Mermaid Cove Marina. Pull in and park anywhere available in the gravel lot. Try to park on the Dumster side not to block driveway behind tiny house to the other campers. You will see the Enlighten camper from the driveway. Chairs in front of it with a rug. Other things to note Please remember that it’s best to use the shelter bathrooms for number two. Shelter is not a far walk and there is an umbrella available in the camper if it happens to be raining. I just let people know in case this is something they are not comfortable doing. Campers aren’t the same a houses and NO TOILET paper in toilet, it can clog them.
