GOOD VIBES AT CASA PERLA

Casa Perla is the self-contained ground floor of a country house in the village of Casa de La Seda, where many hiking trails begin, in beautiful Valle Gran Rey. The house is comfortable, tastefully decorated and enjoys amazing views down to the sea over banana plantations, fruit trees, crops and village houses. Both Casa Perla and Casa Maribel, the upper floor, have been awarded CETS (sustainable tourism) status for good practice and local information. They can also be rented together. The space The views from Perla's enormous picture windows are among the best in the valley. A small outside garden patio provides outside dining space. There are two bedrooms, one double room with large windows to the valley views, a 2.00m x 2.00m bed with reading lights, wardrobe, bookcase, desk and chest of drawers, the other a single or twin bedded interior room with wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers. The living/dining room is tastefully furnished with a seating bank around an oval dining table, a daybed/settee and cushions, bookcase, music system etc tower, indoor garden and stable door. Guest access NO COMMON AREAS Other things to note The views down the valley to the sea, decor and proximity to the main hiking routes out of Valle Gran Rey are usually appreciated by everyone who stays.
