No pets of any kind is allowed within the property. 2. Grace Residences is a non-smoking property; No Smoking Policy is observed on all common areas within the complex. 3. Swimming pool may be used by the authorized guest/s provided all assessments are settled and corresponding fees are paid, (Php 150.00 for regular days and Php 300.00 during holidays). Posted swimming pool rules and regulations shall be strictly followed by all authorized guest/s. If you opt to use the pool, please pay per use at the Admin/Billing Office located at 7th Floor, Tower 1. Admin/Billing Office is open during: Mondays - Fridays: 9 AM - 12 Noon, 1 PM - 6 PM Saturdays: 9 AM - 1 PM Sundays & Holidays: CLOSE (please message us for pre-pay option) Pools are open from 6A M to 10 PM.
